The Firm was formed in 2021 by the combination of Harik Minassi Coale, led by Patricia Harik, CPA, MST, Managing Partner and head of the Tax Department, and Thompson CPA, led by Kevin E. Thompson, CPA, Partner and head of the Accounting Department. With roots dating back nearly 40 years, and offices in Torrance and Santa Monica, California, the Firm is one of the largest privately-owned accounting firms serving the South Bay community.
